Physiotherapy
How do I make an appointment?
We have online booking or you can call 0444 591 934 and our friendly reception staff will be able to help you.
Do I need a referral?
No, you don't need a referral to book a Physiotherapy appointment.
-
A referral is only needed for physiotherapy treatment if you are claiming under a Medicare EPC plan or DVA.
-
Please note that for Medicare we do not bulk bill these appointments and there will be a gap fee. The 2026 Medicare rebate for Physiotherapy is $72.65
-
Workcover and TAC patients welcome. An out of pocket charge will apply to most claims.
-
NDIS self-funded clients are welcome.
How do I pay?
-
We require payment on the day of physiotherapy treatment. This can be by card or cash. We have HICAPS where you can claim your health insurance on the spot with your card. If you do not have your card we can provide you with a receipt to claim online or with your insurer. Rebates vary between insurers.
-
If you have a Medicare CDMP / TCA referral, please bring in your referral from your doctor. You will be required to pay the full appointment fee prior to us processing your Medicare rebate onsite with the reimbursement paid directly into your account.
