About Ashlee
Ashlee is a physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s health and sports rehabilitation. She holds a Double Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Bond University.
Experience
Ashlee’s clinical expertise covers a range of musculoskeletal injuries, with a special interest in Women’s Health conditions and Pregnancy Management.

She is skilled in providing holistic care for Endometriosis, PCOS Symptoms, and Pelvic Girdle Pain, as well as other pregnancy-related aches. Ashlee employs a combination of manual therapy, individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes, and dry needling to reduce pain and improve movement.

Ashlee’s experience includes roles as a Sport Science Assistant at Melbourne Storm and Sports Medic with the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Academy, where she developed a passion for sports rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.
She is a firm believer in the philosophy that “Movement is Medicine” and is dedicated to motivating and empowering patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Ashlee’s clinical interests include Women’s Health, and sports rehabilitation. She is passionate about optimizing patient movement and providing comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.

Hobbies
Outside the clinic, Ashlee enjoys exploring new cafes as a self-confessed coffee enthusiast. She stays active by chasing after her toddler Goldie, playing pickleball and reformer pilates.
