About Imogen
Imogen completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physiotherapy in Oxford, UK, and brings a thoughtful and patient-centred approach to her practice. With a background as a high-level ballet dancer, she has a deep appreciation for body awareness, rehabilitation and the physical demands placed on active individuals.
Alongside her physiotherapy training, Imogen holds a Sports Massage Therapy qualification, which further enhances her holistic and hands-on treatment style. She also has experience with Melbourne’s VAFA football clubs, working alongside sports physiotherapists providing soft tissue therapy, taping and on-field injury support.
Trained in APPI Clinical Pilates, Imogen also enjoys incorporating tailored exercise and movement control into her treatment plans. She is committed to making her clients feel heard and supported, and believes that education, strength, and self-efficacy are key in helping people return to the activities they love with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Imogen loves finding new ways to stay active with friends, from coastal walks and trail runs to trying her hand at surfing. She’s also on always on the hunt for the next best coffee spot and is happy discussing glute activation or your favourite almond cappuccino – both equally important in her books.
