About Kathryn

Kathryn completed her Physiotherapy degree in Cardiff University in 2022. She then began working in the NHS in Wales. She loved the dynamic nature of the job and working across musculoskeletal, respiratory and neurological physiotherapy and both acute and rehabilitation. 

​

Kathryn found Pilates for herself and fell in love with it. This led to her to training with the APPI course to be able to teach Clinical Pilates herself. Kathryn teaches both mat and equipment Clinical Pilates and is am very passionate about helping people improve their overall function and wellbeing through movement. ​

​

Outside of work Kathryn enjoys keeping fit with gym, pilates and golf. She also likes to reading when she gets the time. 

​

  • ​APPI Pilates Matwork L1-3

  • APPI Pilates Equipment L1-4

We require 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
